📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for managing participating funds, including bonus and financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide actuarial support to the management team, including financial analysis and forecasting.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of participating funds to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of participating funds.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in actuarial or financial analysis roles, with a focus on participating funds management.
• Proficiency in actuarial software, such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
