As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all event requirements are met.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, décor, and catering.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring that everything is in place for the event.,Monitor event timelines and ensure that events run according to schedule.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Flexible and adaptable to changing event requirements.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
