📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently according to international maritime regulations and company policies.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls and cargo operations.,Maintain and monitor vessel systems, including engines, navigation, and communication equipment.,Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Report any incidents or near-misses to the appropriate authorities and investigate their causes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including logs, maintenance schedules, and crew performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with cargo operations and port procedures.,Experience with ship management software and systems.
