📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Manage and maintain the dormitory, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of all staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance costs.
• Handle and resolve facility-related issues and complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facility standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a construction or telecommunication environment.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee a team.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as ServiceMax, FM:pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
