📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and prepare guest rooms daily, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
• Maintain and restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and housekeeping supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the villas are in pristine condition.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and waste disposal.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Participate in regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest standards.
• Assist in special events and large group accommodations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steamers, and mops.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid first aid certification is a plus.
