📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives
• Leverage HRIS tools like BambooHR and Workday to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the company's growth and success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on operational HR
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HRIS tools like BambooHR and Workday
