In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet business objectives.,Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of success in logistics management.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
