Asia Software is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.,Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external audits.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely payment and resolution of any discrepancies.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
