Express Mart Berjaya is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.,Stock and organize products on the shelves.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
