ByteDance is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries and benefits.,Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.,Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on payroll-related matters.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Participate in payroll audits and investigations as required.,Train and mentor junior payroll analysts as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
