📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Support the IT team in setting up and configuring new hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure they have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and maintain the security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of our IT documentation.,Provide backup and recovery support for our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software.,Good understanding of computer hardware and networking.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.
