📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the learning and development team in organizing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Coordinate with various departments to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.,Maintain and update learning materials and resources.,Assist in the administration of learning and development activities, including registration and follow-up.,Provide administrative support to the learning and development team.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the learning management system.,Support the learning and development team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
