📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan and execute special events or promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff supervision.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
