📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets.
  • Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
  • Promote and maintain the company's brand image in the community.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a branch and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
