In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our legal, financial, tax, and regulatory teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Provide regular reports to management on client account status and performance.
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, tax, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Attend client meetings, both in person and virtually, to discuss service needs and address any concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client account management or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with legal, financial, tax, and regulatory services.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
