📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Create and manage social media content calendars for our eyewear brand.
• Optimize website performance and user experience to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Assist in the development of content marketing strategies to engage our audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Instagram Business tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and content creation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads preferred.
