Diamond Local Jaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Ambon. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resources management. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Support the HR department in complying with local labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a HR department.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
