As a Laboratory Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring smooth operations. You will work closely with the production manager and other team members to execute production plans, monitor quality control, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in laboratory operations, chemistry, or a related field.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and execution of production plans
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Perform routine laboratory tasks and equipment maintenance
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Support the production manager in quality assurance activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory operations or a related role
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software such as HPLC, GC, and LIMS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
