📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the mechanical design and development of furniture products, ensuring they meet quality standards and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Manage and optimize the use of mechanical equipment and tools.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on furniture manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and CAD software.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
