📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet or exceed performance targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
