📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Experience in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
