📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.
  • Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records.
  • Oversee the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
