PT Karya Fajar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Admin to join our team in Kudus. As a Senior Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of our stores. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise junior store staff, ensuring they understand and follow company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain store reports and documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or warehouse environment.,Proven track record of managing store operations and improving efficiency.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
