📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and support as needed,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations,Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends
