📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies for the extraction and processing of strategic minerals,Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer demand for strategic minerals,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of mineral extraction projects,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mineral extraction projects,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers in the minerals industry,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of mineral extraction projects,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the minerals industry, with a focus on strategic minerals,Strong understanding of mineral extraction processes and technologies,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
