📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
• Support the marketing team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Strong creative skills with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
