📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Manage customer accounts using Salesforce and SAP, updating records and tracking payments.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure payment collection and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial operations and customer service best practices.
• Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid ID and the ability to travel to various locations in Bali.
