ISO Compliance Manager (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001) - Remote from Bali

As an ISO Compliance Manager, you will be working remotely from Bali, with the flexibility to choose your preferred work location. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and providing training and support to our employees. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our processes and procedures are in line with the latest ISO standards, and that we are continuously improving our performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Provide training and support to employees on compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are in line with the latest ISO standards.
• Continuously improve our performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ISO standards and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO compliance, with a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
